This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use the Sovereign OS platform and related services.

We collect information to provide, maintain, and improve our community operating system.

• Account Information: Name, email address, password (encrypted), and billing details when you register for Sovereign OS.
• Discord Account Data (OAuth): If you integrate your Discord account/server, we request access to necessary scopes (e.g., read channels, manage roles, moderate members). We do not read your personal DMs. We only read data related to the channels you authorize Sovereign OS to monitor.
• Community Data: Data generated within your server that our Ghost Operators and Sentinel system gather (messages for moderation, sentiment analysis). You are the Data Controller for this information.
• Usage Data: We collect standard telemetry data, IP addresses, and interaction metrics to improve our AI models and platform stability.

2. Discord API Services Limited Use Policy

Our application's use of information received from Discord APIs will strictly adhere to the Discord Developer Terms of Service.

• We only use Discord data to provide and improve the user-facing features of Sovereign OS (specifically, automated moderation, AI responses, and community analytics).
• We do not transfer your Discord data to third parties unless required to provide the core service, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger/acquisition.
• We do not use your Discord data for serving advertisements.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To operate, maintain, and provide the Sovereign OS application.
• To authenticate you and process payments.
• To execute automated moderation and Ghost Operator protocols on your behalf.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Data Processing (GDPR)

SovereignPatron Inc. operates under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Our Role: For the Community Data you process via our platform, you are the Data Controller and we are the Data Processor.
• Data Location: Our infrastructure relies on secure cloud providers hosted within the EU/US with strict data processing agreements in place.
• Your Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, port, and delete your personal data. You can exercise these rights within your Sovereign OS settings or by contacting us.

5. Security of Your Data

We implement robust technical and organizational measures to secure your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest (AES-256). OAuth tokens are securely encrypted in our Zero-Knowledge vaults. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data and community data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law. Upon account termination, your data will be permanently deleted from our active servers within 30 days, subject to legal backup retention policies.
