Terms of Service

Welcome to SovereignPatron! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SovereignPatron community operating system, APIs, bot services, and dashboard ("Platform"), developed and operated by WELINK TECH SASU ("we", "our", or "us", registered in France under SIREN 984 800 136).

1. Acceptance of Terms & Ecosystem Integration

By registering an account, integrating your Discord server, connecting Telegram channels, or authorizing Stripe Connect, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Data Processing Agreement (DPA). If you represent an organization or brand, you confirm you have full authority to bind that entity.

2. Description of the Platform & 0% Protocol

SovereignPatron provides an enterprise-grade Operating System for community monetization, audience intelligence, and automated operations:

• 0% Platform Commission Protocol: Transactions between you and your community members are processed directly through your own connected Stripe account. WELINK TECH does not take a percentage cut of your creator revenue and never holds your funds in escrow.
• Identity Bridge™ & Access Automation: Synchronizes payments with Discord roles, Telegram channels, and tiered access passkeys.
• AI Ghost Operators & Content Engine: Automated community sentiment radar, news-driven campaign copywriting, and webhook persona dispatching.
• Dark Social Telemetry: Real-time member engagement scoring and churn prevention alarms.

3. Third-Party Platform Policies (Discord & Telegram)

When deploying SovereignPatron bots, webhooks, or automated workflows:

• You agree to comply fully with the Discord Developer Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• You agree to comply with the Telegram API Terms of Service.
• You retain sole editorial control and liability over the campaigns, messages, and personas configured within your SovereignPatron dashboard.

4. Data Sovereignty & Customer Data Ownership

You retain 100% intellectual property and full ownership of your member lists, transactional logs, chat telemetry, and knowledge base embeddings. WELINK TECH will never sell, rent, or cross-monetize your community data. You can export complete database archives at any time.

5. Subscriptions, Credits & Billing

• SaaS Subscription: Paid access plans (e.g. Pro, Enterprise) are billed periodically in advance (monthly or yearly).
• Fair Use on AI Computes: High-volume LLM workloads (embedding indexation, news scraper generation) are subject to allocated credit quotas or BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) configurations.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by French and EU law, WELINK TECH SASU shall not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of profits, downtime, or service disruptions caused by third-party infrastructure (Discord, Telegram, Stripe, OpenAI, Google Cloud).

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation, execution, or termination of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nanterre / Paris, France.
