Welcome to SovereignPatron! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sovereign OS ("Platform"), operated by SovereignPatron Inc. ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and connecting your Discord server or configuring a Ghost Operator, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Sovereign OS provides a community management operating system. Features include AI-driven moderation, engagement protocols, analytics, and bounty tracking. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration & Security

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (passwords, API keys, and OAuth tokens).
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Sovereign OS to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Violate Discord's Developer Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Transmit any material that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscence.
• Deploy AI agents intended to deceive users or manipulate Discord's systems maliciously.
• Attempt to bypass our security measures or reverse engineer the Platform.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Sovereign OS offers paid subscription plans ("Pro", "Enterprise"). By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to our billing terms.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Sovereign OS platform, including its code, design, features, and algorithms, are owned by SovereignPatron Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software.

You retain full ownership of the data generated by your community. We do not claim ownership over the content transmitted through your servers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SovereignPatron Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where SovereignPatron Inc. is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
